How do I run an effective LMS free trial or pilot?

A trial only tells you something if you test it like real life. A focused two-week pilot:

1. Pick one real course you already deliver, and build it in the LMS.
2. Invite a small group — 5 to 10 people across the roles who'll actually use it (a learner, an instructor, a manager).
3. Test the full loop — assign, complete, assess, and issue a certificate.
4. Check reporting — can a manager see who finished without asking you?
5. Test on a phone and on slow internet — critical for Myanmar teams in the field.
6. Score it against your must-have feature checklist.

Avoid the trap of judging an LMS only on its demo content. The question is whether your training runs smoothly and whether your people find it easy. If both are yes, you've found your system.
