• Assessments with multiple question types and automatic grading
• Certificates issued on completion
• Learning paths (sequenced courses with prerequisites)

Administration

• Roles and permissions (RBAC) for admins, instructors, managers
• Bulk learner import and group assignment
• Reporting and dashboards (completion, scores, compliance)
• Recurring re-certification and reminders

Technical and trust

• Single sign-on (SSO/MFA) and data export
• Mobile and low-bandwidth support — essential in Myanmar
• Multi-language / bilingual courses

Commercial

• Transparent pricing (ideally in MMK) and a free trial
